A source revealed that ED has found that Sushant was paying installments for a flat worth around Rs 4.5 cores located in Malad. Rhea allegedly spoke about the same flat during her interrogation. Another story in the SquareFeatIndia says that Sushant and Ankita booked two different but adjacent flats in 2013. Flat number 403 belongs to Sushant and 404 belongs to Ankita. Both of their names can still be seen in the common nameplate area of the corridor. We got to know that both the flats were registered in May 2013. The duo paid 6.75 lakh INR as stamp duty for their respective flats. The common wall of the flat was broken down and it was made into one huge flat.

Is there a possibility that Sushant was paying the EMI of flat no 403 which was registered under his own name?
